Are you a new member of Team Vida? Here’s a little list of things to keep track of!
Our courses consists of 8 occasions that you attend once a week. On the classes we work on warm up, strength, flexibility, tricks and combinations. We also work with choreography 10 minutes per class to practice on putting our new skills together to music. The classes are in Swedish but let the instructor know you speak english and we will do or best to mix it up and translate for you!
Included in the price for our courses you get free Pole Play so that you can come and train in the studio with other students. Read about Pole Play here. 💙
When you register for a course we reserve a pole for you in that class. If you miss a class you can make up for it on another class if there are open spots. This is a benfit that we are very proud of and it works like this: Look in the schedule for a class on a level that suits you (including regular Pole Classes, Flexibility, Spinny and Danceflow) and sign up on the waiting list that’s called “Ta igen-listan” in the lounge when you get to the studio on that day!
If the spots are limited and there are several student’s waiting, the instructor will make sure that the first in line will get the open spots. You can see what classes that have few open spots i the Agendo-app and on the booking-page if you have a long way to go to the studio and don’t wan’t to risk not getting a spot.
